How “dos vistas” came to be… a note from the owners/developers:
About three years ago Rhonda and I fell in love with Playa Palo Seco. We have owned other beach properties but
really wanted one “for ourselves”.
We had decided that we didn’t want to be near a tourist area and we wanted an area which was not “crowded” and
not developed. We wanted our privacy. And yet… we still wanted what everyone who wants a beach property…
the best location with the most beautiful beach!
When we first saw Playa Palo Seco we knew that it was the location for us. But it took literally years before
the “right” property surfaced.
And, for us (like many others) the right property had to also be at the “right price”

Palo Seco is one of the only beaches and locations where both sunsets and sunrises can be seen.
And until you have seen both in the same location… you cannot imagine how gorgeous and stunningly beautiful they are.
Palo Seco, in the location that we fell in love with… has the ocean in front of the land and an estero or estuary in back.
For us… it is the best of both worlds: A gorgeous beach AND an estuary which contains some of the country’s best fishing
(A world record snook was caught here last year).
It is one of a kind.
The owner of the property originally purchased it to develop as a hotel.
And with the credit crisis and real estate market being in chaos… the owner was forced to sell immediately.
And Rhonda and I were in the right place at the right time.
