The area of Dos Vistas is a little over 6400 sq. meters and will be divided into 20 separate properties.
The entire area will ultimately be fenced, gated and will be guarded 24/7.
There will be both a pool and rancho at the rear of the property near the estero.
Each home on the property will be similar to every other one.
They will be constructed of steel, concrete board, concrete, terra cotta floor and roofing tiles, aluminum windows,
stucco exterior, toilet, shower, cooktop and small refrigerator and sink.
The home will be wired for air conditioning but not connected and a unit is not supplied
as part of the regular package. Standard light fixtures will also be supplied.

There will also be a terrace in the front of each home and each lot will be landscaped as well.
There will be a parking space for each as well as an additional parking area for guests. There will be options to add on
an additional bedroom and there will be options available for upgrades.
It is our belief that most people dream of a beach home on a beach such as Palo Seco but most cannot afford one.
It is our goal to make these homes affordable. Please see the section on “costs” and “financing”.
Rhonda and I believe that these homes are perfect for retreats, vacations, and… in short… a beach home.
They are not designed as retirement homes, although they certainly can be with minor adjustments.
And they are not designed with full time living in mind.
We want people who are looking for beach homes to say
“that is exactly what we have been looking for!”
